80s Geoffrey Beene Linen Ensemble–S

3 piece set by Geoffrey Beene–matching top, skirt, and belt in a cheerful, Japanese-influenced vermillion linen print. All of the seams are stitched with metallic thread, so there's a subtle glitter when you move.
The top is a little cap sleeve pullover with a high-low hem; the front gathers with the belt and the back is free. Skirt is very full, with tiny pleats around the waist, and two pockets. Matching belt reverses to striped grosgrain on one side, decorated with fabric flowers, trimmed in silver thread and Murano glass beads.
Will best fit modern US ladies' size 2-4

Condition Very good. A couple of small marks on skirt, and one on the belt. Three decorative buttons on the belt appear to have come off, just the clear plastic base remaining. See last two photos.
