'00s Byblos Cotton Miniskirt–S/M

Turn-of-the-2000s Byblos miniskirt sculpted from matte black cotton lawn.
Underskirt is straight, with a ruffled hem; this is draped with two layers of Regency style ruches and pleats, drawing focus to the rear view–a generous bow, with a ruffled fishtail, trailing to the short hem. Likely dates to Richard Tyler's brief tenure as head of the fashion house.
