1940s Button Up Sweater–S

Mustard yellow knit from the late 40s-very early 50s. Ribbed fine wool bouclé, 3/4 sleeves, gold tone buttons up the front. Little fold over collar at high neckline. Waist defined with sewn-in elastic. One chest pocket. Likely originated as part of a skirt suit.

(model is 5'4", size 2)

Condition Very good. There is a faint mark around the waistline, where the original owner wore a dark-colored belt.
